My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right by the beach and close to the vibrant strip in Lamai. However, the room I had on the ground floor was showing its age, and the noise from the music until 4.00am was a major inconvenience. The rooms were well situated in a beautiful garden, featuring a Smart TV with English channels, but unfortunately, the bathroom was in poor condition, with mildew/fungus, broken towel and toilet paper holders, and dirty curtains. The mosquito presence in the evening was quite bothersome. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. The location was convenient, right on the beach, but occasionally noisy at night. The dining options were good, though a bit limited for vegetarians. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and even had a Fire Stick for Netflix. The pool was beautiful, and the sea-view terrace at one of the best restaurants in Lamai made dining special. Plus, the hotel provides cute hogs for your towel and other items, which was such a thoughtful touch.
